Nový ročník veleúspěšné hokejové simulace přináší novou super grafiku, která vám umožní rozeznat některé hráče na ledě podle jejich typického vybavení (Ovečkin s kouřovým plexi, Crosby s atypickými rukavicemi a mnoho dalších). Přinese také nové pohyby a animace. Hratelnost NHL 07 bude více zaměřena na simulaci reálného hokeje, vytvářena bývalým hráčem. Pohyby a reakce brankářů nasimulovali vybraní brankáři NHL.
